This Parent Manual is to be reviewed by the parent or legal guardian. You must scroll to the end of the manual, initial the required sections, and complete the signature fields at the bottom before submitting.
Completion of the required forms does not guarantee registration / acceptance of your child into GRASP. A GRASP staff member will contact you to continue the registration process once your submissions are received.
This Parent Manual agreement form is the third of three required documents, listed below.

Important: You must have submitted the Waitlist form first and received communications from GRASP stating that you can proceed with enrollment before filling out this form.
If you have not yet submitted the Waitlist form, please do so first.
