You have two choices available to complete the submission process to register your child. Completion of the required forms does not guarantee registration / acceptance.

All manual email submissions should be submitted to

info@greenlandrecreational.com.

Choose from (A) or (B) below.

⁺ DO NOT submit an enrollment form or parent manual until you have been advised by GRASP that a spot is available for your child.

A. Forms (PDF and e-mail)

Step One: Download and save the waitlist form (PDF), fill out the the form and submit in-person or by e-mail to info@greenlandrecreational.com.

Step Two: Wait for a response from GRASP to advise if space is available for your child.

Step Three: Upon confirmation from GRASP that a spot is available for your child, download and save our enrollment form (PDF), complete the form and submit in-person or by e-mail to info@greenlandrecreational.com.

Step Four: Download and save the parent manual (PDF) and the City of Toronto medical form (PDF), complete the forms and submit in-person or by e-mail to info@greenlandrecreational.com

B. Forms (Online)

New forms submission process available (preview)
The waitlist form, enrollment form and parent manual forms can now be completed online.

Step One: Fill out and submit our online waitlist form.

Step Two: Wait for a response from GRASP to advise if space is available for your child.

Step Three: Fill out our online enrollment form and parent manual and submit to GRASP if you have been advised a spot is available for your child.

Step Four: Send in a separate email to GRASP a copy of your child's immunization record (required for enrollment), along with the filled City of Toronto Medical Form (PDF) below.
