This form is to be completed by the parent or guardian wishing to be added to the GRASP wait list. If you have already completed the Enrollment Form using this same browser, common fields will be prefilled automatically.

Completion of the required forms does not guarantee registration / acceptance of your child into GRASP. A GRASP staff member will contact you to continue the registration process once your submissions are received.

The wait list form is the first of the three required documents to be submitted. The list of forms is shown below:
